Erroneously marked P.D. and this deleted in red crayon and correct P.P. applied in black. Charged with Turkey 1868/72 irregular perf. Postage Due 1pi. brown and Postage 20pa. green on arrival tied by all arabic SCUTARI circular handstamp in blue (Coles & Walker fig. 3). Side flaps missing but a scarce and attractive cover.
