MINT & USED COLLECTION ON ALBUM LEAVES: 1851-1910 range, the earlier issues being fine used, then exclusively mint from 1860 onwards. Includes group of 1851-54 2d blue types identified as SG 52-54 and SG 84-86 (all fine 4 margin examples incl. a pair); 1854-59 larger format imperf. types 6d & 1/- (3 shades) SG 96a, 99, 100 & 101 (£390), all good 4 margin examples; also 3d green SG 117 (£120). Better later mint issues incl. 1862 2d pale blue SG 188 (£250), 1864 1d pale red SG 195 (£130), 1867 4d red-brown SG 203 (£130), etc.; 1871-91 NSW wmk. 6d pale lilac SG 217 (£100) and 1/- black SG 221 (£170); various 1882-97 values incl. 1886 10/- lilac & claret with the appearance of an unused example (but with corner crease) SG 241.
