Costa Rica, 1908 (Oct. 21), Large Official Registered wrapper from "Sociedad Nacional de Agricultura", sent San Jose to Switzerland, a splendid and eye-appealing wrapper with San Jose Registry handstamp and matching origin c.d.s. alongside, bearing uncancelled 4c, 5c and strip of three 10c 1907 Officials; sent via New York, bearing NY Registry Exchange label which partially covers and ties three stamps, Fine to Very Fine+, it was normal policy in Costa Rica not to cancel Official stamps, a rare and attractive item.
