1894 (July 28) Four page cyclostyled newspaper "The Bulawayo Sketch" produced on two sheets of lined paper, mainly adverts but including a picture of a native warrior, and a cartoon depicting Lobengula seated with bones in front, pleading white men on one side and armed white men on the other, entitled "Lobengula - Take these slaves of Makalakas & place them in our mealie fields, they are absolutely waxing fat under their burdens (Lobengula is blind to the tempest brewing)". A few faults but rare, the second number of the first newspaper produced in Rhodesia.
