1859 3kr Green used with Wien datestamp, the stamp printed twice with one impression albino, impressions of two partial stamps clearly visible on the reverse. A rare and unusual variety, signed by Anton Seitz with his 1951 Certificate stating that this is the only recorded example of this variety known used in Vienna (other examples all used in Pest), also with 2013 R.P.S Certificate. Vienna Pneumatic Post. 1875-1956 Covers and cards in three albums, the collection formed by Colin Tobitt which formed the basis of his standard book on the subject, showing the types of postal stationery issued for the pneumatic post, the cancellations, offices, postal rates, and use of ordinary letters and cards in the system. Inflation Mail. 1918-25 Covers and cards illustrating the increasing postal rates due to inflation, including local rates, printed matter, inland and overseas postcards, overseas letters and postcards, reduced postcard rates to Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Italy and Romania, express mail, and the use of meter machines, some written up on pages. An interesting and extensive study. (227).
