PLATE PROOFS: 2d imperforate single in deep blue on ungummed unwatermarked paper, margins very close but virtually complete, small thin at upper-left. Acquired at our auction of 11.5.2012 for $670. Chris Ceremuga Certificate (2009) states "probably one sheet printed". In fact, only 20 units were excised from the sheet, and most of those have faults.

PLATE PROOFS: 1/- imperforate horizontal pair in deep green on ungummed watermarked paper from the imprimatur sheet, margins good to large. Superb & gorgeous. Sold at our auction of 11.5.2012 for $2330, where it was described as "unwatermarked".
