Comprises about 50 France postal history from the classic period to the 1950s, twenty-two different Japan postcards including military, street scenes, twelve Germany WW I postcards having a complete used set of B218-219 with Metz CTO cancel, over twenty-five hold to image cards with some artist signed published by the American Journal Examiner, and about 100 of the covers are mainly from one correspondence to a firm in Chicago from the 1880s to 1930. The PPCs are organized alphabetically while the postal cards are in issue date order. Over 2000 different with a few better than marginally interesting. An impressive wine stamp archival stash from an original holding in full sheets of 100 for the small denominations and 50 for the larger. The holding runs (RE108//RE203). A few better are RE 152, RE154, RE183, RE185, RE188. We spotted a few with minor perf separation but the vast majority is intact. Condition is very nice, catalog value approaches $32,000.
