The contents is a "Savanna Republican Prices Current"; a handstamp identifies the sender, Very Fine to Extremely Fine, an historic piece of philately knowing that it is an early cover once held in President Roosevelt's hands, ex-President Franklin D. In the 1850's "The New Yorker" published an article saying valentine cards were a very distasteful means of proclaiming your love, the article went further saying the cards were a fad and would eventually run their course; well - some 175 years later, the valentine card market is still booming!.
