Dubuque, Iowa, Apr 18 1857. Cds ties 3¢ dull red (11), clear to large margins, on buff cover to North Cambridge, Mass. with blue Steamer Key City illustrated Galena, Dubuque, Dunleith & Minnesota Packet Company corner card showing steamboat; minor edge wear and small tear, F.-V.F., ex-Risvold.

THIS IS THE MILGRIM LISTING EXAMPLE FOR THE STEAMER KEY CITY, AND THE ONLY RECORDED EXAMPLE.

This design for the "Key City" was one of a number of printed corner cards used only during the late 1850s for different vessels. The "Key City" was a side-wheeler of 359 tons built at Cincinnati in 1857 for the Minnesota Packet Co. She was abandoned in 1870.
