Mint Collection on a Black Stock Page, 1864-1899, complete in period except for one missing stamp #61B. All mint hinged except for #s 57, 58, 74, 76-81, O2, O6 which are NH. We also note that about 6 stamps have no gum, and that #50 has creases, else an overall fine or better collection. The Officials have light "SENF" expert handstamps on back. (Image)
