Excellent Revenue Collection on Scott Specialty Pages - in 2 binders with many better throughout. In the first binder you'll see a nice selection of first issues like Scott R22b, R41 pair, R43a, R77, R79, R99 proof, R100-R102. Second and Third issues feature Scott R130 and several better without cut cancels, then a nice selection of Documentary stamps, Scott R485, R559, R584-5, R615, R649, R710. The second binder starts with Savings stamps like Scott PS9 and WS7-13. It then continues with revenues once again with a highlight being unused Scott RG37-RG54 Series 1940 (SCV $5385), RG58-69, RG97-9 (SCV $950), RK28, RK32 and more.
