Scott 65 on Cover, Waterbury Cancel Rohloff Type P-31 with 2020 Crowe Cert - Cert states "genuinely used on a June 22 1867 cover addressed to New York City. The stamp cancelled with an excellent strike of the fancy Waterbury "Rosette, Twelve Segments, Type 2" cancellation (Rohloff type P-31). The cover which is slightly reduced at the left, with a matching Waterbury town marking. The Crowe census has recorded only seven examples of this cancellation on cover, used between June 11 and June 22 1867. This is the latest recorded example of this cancellation on a cover."
