Back of the book in a battered old album with surprisingly good collection of hundreds of postal stationery covers/cards, cut=square and revenues, with better issues including 1853 10cts green Washington unused, War department cut-squares, revenues on well-filled pages, especially the 1862/71 long internal revenue Washington heads with 50cts blue types complete, 8 different types on the $1 and higher values to $10, etc. Also useful early proprietary issues, 1898 Proprietary and documentary battleship issues complete, good range of wines, 25cts quarter barrel beer stamp block of six, official seals, etc. This was collected many decades ago and has an enormous potential for finds, please inspect
