UNITED STATES POSTAL HISTORY, cornucopia lot of about 750 items covering just about every aspect of U.S. postal history from the 1850»s stampless to about the early 1950»s, primarily early to pre-WWII, with many better RPOs, some DPOs, territorial usages (Utah), better registered, mixed frankings, postage dues, a chunk of 1920»s imperf blocks commercially used on registered company letters, airmail, DOX, Zeppelin, advertising, presidential/White House, better mint and used postal stationery, ppcs, and just a lot of unusual material, like early bureaus used to Sumatra, mixed in with some of the more standard variety. Not likely to find any rarities, but the type of lot that holds a lot of value and diversity that will pay dividends with careful viewing, F-VF.
