THE ONLY RECORDED EXAMPLE OF THIS COLLEGE STRAIGHTLINE POSTMARK.

Washington College was a school of traditions and venerable age having been founded in 1783 as an Academy in what is now Eastern Tennessee. There is a small town near it now having a population of about 500 people known as Limestone. This is a true college postmark.
