Used with 1¢ Columbian (230), 1¢ Trans-Mississippi (285) and 1¢ blue (264), 1¢ dark green (279) and 8¢ violet brown (272), tied by "Winchester, Mass." ovals on registered 1¢ green entire to Havana, Cuba, purple "Registered, Mar 27 1900, Winchester, Mass." three-line postmark, New York (3.28) transit backstamp and New York registry label (FX-NY1a) affixed, reverse with Havana (4.1) received cds and purple "1st Trial." (4.7) and "2nd Notice" (4.19) handstamps, note on back says addressee moved from Hotel, two purple "Forwarded" handstamps and sent back to Winchester, Very Fine and rare registered E3 use to Cuba.
