Martin type PN7, H&G Type 5, printed by Dunlap & Clake of Philadelphia, made out for one cent, Portland M.O.B. cds on reverse; staple holes and tear ending in crease at bottom, otherwise Fine, from a group of about 70 Portland notes prepared and signed by E.O. Norton in May and June 1894 as the use of postal notes was coming to an end.
