Accumulation with 1884 2c envelope with "Lowry's Mill W Va" manuscript cancel (PO open 1876-99 only), 1893 Columbus 5c long envelope to Sydney with 5c Columbus added, 1898 to Victoria with 5c Trans-Mississippi and 'MISSENT' cachet, 1900 2c Liberty postal card to Cape of Good Hope, 1928 to Melbourne with 'CUSTOMS DUES/T½D' cachet, 1938 airmail to Australia per "Queen Mary" via London at 49c rate, 1939 airmail to Sydney via Hong Kong, 1941 Pacific Clipper airmail to China, also Flight Covers and quantity of 1930s-1940s First Day Covers with a few sent to Samoa, etc, condition quite mixed but careful inspection will reward. 1941 Textile Color and Card Association airmail cover to Australia franked with Prexie 10c Tyler and $2 Harding tied by New York 'OCT21/1941' cancels, some edge faults from bulky contents. [The Pan Am Pacific Clipper airmail rate was 70c per ½oz x3. This service was suspended on 8.12.1941, after the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor]
