1927 uprated UX27 postal card, and 2c 4th Bureau issue from Philadelphia to Switzerland with very rare "DISINFECTED" marking (one of only two known). UX27 + 634. According to the message in German on reverse, the sender of the card has scarlet fever and is in the contageous disease hospital in Philadelphia. Used July 27 to Davos-Platz and forwarded.
