1870 Cover with enclosed letter from Jersey to France with 1868 3d plate 5 cancelled large "2984" lozenge, a slightly unclear red "ANGL. B.M / PORT BAIL" c.d.s and boxed "PD" on the front, arrival backstamps. Also 1867 4d plate 9 on small piece cancelled by the "2984" lozenge.
