Parcel Post, 1913, 5¢ "Mail Train" adopted vignette on India. Die sunk on full card, with untrimmed India around the die area, a square of the India cut away removing the frame and leaving just the vignette, B.E.P. blue control #559207 handstamp on reverse, Extremely Fine and attractive, with 1972 P.F. certificate.
