Used, F-VF on license. 1979 Transfer and Registration of a Firearm form with $200 RY6, dull blue and red. Tax paid for a Submachine Gun. Neat, red manuscript cancel. Straight edge at right. Form has folds, "whited-out" address and tape stains where the purchaser's photo was removed. Removal caused a thin at the bottom of the form. (SCV $125)
