In combination with Parcel Post, 1913, 2¢ carmine rose on 4th class parcel post cover to Utica, N.Y., initially franked with 1912, 2¢ carmine, coil, four singles (413), with "Held For Postage, Use Parcel Post Stamps" directive label, with Parcel Post stamps applied over regular issues and canceled by New York oval handstamps; 2¢ Parcel Post with small repair scrape, otherwise Very Fine, a very rare and wonderful Parcel Post and coil usage.

Express, Ogden, Utah, Feb. 22, 1895" oval datestamp on faulty newspaper wrapper with corner card and part-printed address to Ogden agent of Wells, Fargo & Co. for delivery by regular mail to Chicago Ill., sender's instructions to "Please drop in mail," entered mails with 1¢ Blue (246) cancelled by cork for third-class rate to Chicago, Fine and exceptionally rare use.

ONE OF ONLY TWO RECORDED WELLS, FARGO & COMPANY NEWSPAPER STAMPS USED WITH REGULAR UNITED STATES POSTAGE.
