Apr 1" cds on printed "Executive Mansion" official cover addressed to Louisville Ky., original "Executive Mansion, Washington D.C." letterhead enclosure datelined "Mch 31st 1874" and signed by "Levi P. Luckey" as President Grant's secretary; small edge tear, Very Fine, with 2014 P.F. certificate.
