(9.5), St. John N.B. (9.6) and St. Andrews (9.7) transits, red Robbinston Me. (9.8) cds and "Paid" crossed out in manuscript and rated "10" cents due for over 300 miles, Very Fine.

Nova Scotia, 1850 (Jun. 20) Philadelphia Pa. to Wallace N.S. Folded cover bearing United States 10¢ black (2), position 86R1, full to huge margins showing part of adjacent stamps at top and bottom, tied by partly struck blue datestamp, second strike of same "Philada. Pa. '10' Jun. 20" integral-rate circular datestamp at right, endorsed "paid to Lines" and "Mail via Robbinston Maine", reverse with St. Andrews (6.24), St. John (6.25) and Amherst (6.27) transits, manuscript "1/1½" pence cy. due, some slight overall soiling, Very Fine, ex-Rose, Mirsky, Illustrated in Rose's "Classic United States Imperforate Stamps".
