Special Printing, block of 15 (5x3), exceptionally rich and intense color, extremely sharp and crisp impression as only the special printings can produce, without gum as issued, partial separation along one vertical row, about Fine. Our preliminary research revealed no other large blocks, possibly making this the largest known multiple. 2018 P.F. certificate stating genuine unused, 2003 photocopy P.F. certificate declining opinion.
