1815 NAPOLEON MILITARY DOCUMENT, dated APR13'1815 from Paul de Chaban (Napoleon's newly appointed Minister of War), courier delivered to the mayor of TOULON with instructions to seize the arms and horses at the town armories and arrest the soldiers, this was after Napoleon's escape from Elba while he was rebuilding the French army and reinstate his Emperor status, this was short lived as he lost the battle of Waterloo two months later on JUN18'1815, a rare historical document and VF ($100+ US) (Image)
