Mint Collection in Seven Scott Platinum Albums to 1994 - Beautiful expensive albums with slipcases house several 1000 unused stamps to 1994. The 19th-century portion is somewhat sparse but picks up rapidly in the Washington Franklin era with post-1930 pretty much complete. Although many nice early stamps are present, one must be cognizant of the reperfs and regums especially in the early material, as well as an occasional suspect W-F coil or coil pair. Some of the highlights include Scott 10, 24, 26, 30a, 35, 36, 68, 76, 93, 94, 114, 118, several small banknote issues, White Plains, Prexies complete including coils and coil pairs, Scott 1053, Recalled Legends sheet, and much face. The back of book is sparse in value but include some coverage in all areas including a handful of Confederate States. Overall much is MNH after 1930s. Some mixed condition early on, but mostly F-VF after 1930s. Very nice collection to build on! (Shipping wt 42lbs.)(Est $1800-2200) (Image)
