#565 14¢ Indian, #560 8¢ Grant tied by 1st day "Washington DC May 1, 1923 2:30 PM" slogan machine cancel on registered combination cover addr to and serviced by George Frost with his distinctive wax seal on back (shows through), an extremely scarce combination First Day cover, both stamps were issued on the same day. Three such covers are known to exist- two brought over $2,000 each in 1997 & 1998 and have not appeared on the market since. This cover sold for $1,760. in 2005 at the Dr Alfred Martin sale (Image)
