Pugh Hand Painted Collection. A fantastic collection of over 7,500 covers sleeved in boxes and albums. One of the most complete and comprehensive collections from one of Julian's first subscribers we have offered. Forerunners through the last issues produced by Julian are represented (1979 - 2016). Although a "complete" Pugh collection could never be formed this holding does have many varieties for many issues including hundreds one-of- a-kind covers. We note high values, PNC's plate blocks, airmail and back of the book, oversized, etc., too many highlights to list them all.
