Intern'l Fair Branch Office (Bomar B89-01), largely complete strike ties 3c Banknote (small faults) to beautiful illustrated cover depicting the fair building, cancel dated September 6, Bomar lists this cancel as having been used from September 7 to 13 making this the earliest known use, cover with tears and small piece out at bottom right, backstamped Buffalo and Jamesville, Wisconsin, despite its faults a very rare and attractive cover (Bomar $750) (Image)
