1873-88, 30¢ Hamilton and 90¢ Perry, plate proofs on card (Scott 217P4, 166TC4e), the 90¢ is deep blue rather than the listed purple for the 1888 issue and is probably an Atlanta proof (catalogs the same as a regular proof), Very Fine.
