(officiers), The total number of Rebs on hand is 620...expects an exchange of prisioners...'it will relieve our own boys of the greatest misery humanity ever saw...' the writer goes on to express his feeling of disgust for the Gray coats, he is angry that treatment of the Rebs is better than treatment of our boys, etc, well written by an educated man (Image)
