138, 1871 7c Vermilion,three 7c singles and Scott no. 158, stamps have light toning at top and right stamp has tiny tear at bottom (none of which are mentioned on cert) overpaying the 10c rate by 14c, each stamp cancelled with New Orleans, LA. postmark or quartered cork cancel, dateline 31 January 1874, on folded letter addressed to Havrincourt, France, with red "New 6 York" and "London A PAID" and black Calais transit markings on face and Paris and Havrincourt transit markings on reverse, signed by Stanley B. Ashbrook noting that the cover is overpaid but Genuine, overall Very Fine, 2014 PSE certificate (Scott $1,825 for a single 138 on cover, plus two additional singles)
