Exhibit letterhead, in which the sender asks his wife to save the two enclosed mint labels for his collection, which she obviously did, because they are also included, Very Fine, a beautiful and rare Alaska-Yukon-Pacific Exposition cover.

Accompanied by a 1951 letter from Stanley Gibbons of New York explaining that, "This was done, we believe, by a Pittsburgh dealer who bought a quantity to obtain the position blocks, and sold balance privately at a discount; the rouletting was done [by the purchaser] to facilitate their disposal."

Horizontal strip of three tied, along with a 16¢ green airmail (#C2), by Philadelphia Airmail Service duplex cancels, Aug. 1, 1918, on a cover to "Atbara, Egyptian Soudan"; strip also tied by a Sudanese censor marking and there is a "Shellal-Halfa/T.P.O." (Nile riverboat) c.d.s. on the reverse dated Nov. 17; minor toning, still Very Fine and rare.
