481 (strip/3), 1916 1c Green, to Germany, New York, May 14 1923 duplex postmark ties stamps to U398 2c Carrmine on Green entire, addressed Hamburg Germany, newly discovered "Plate #13318" on strip of three imperf stamps, this being the first example of the plate # recorded on the imperf #481 stamp, with the other three # 13317,13319,13320 which went to press with it already recorded on #481 stamp, extremely rare, currently scheduled to be listed in the next edition of Durland, Extremely Fine.
