1998 Unissued Non-Denominational "H" Rate "Yellow Hat Variety" Stamp, block of 20 with fresh color and excellent centering throughout, NH, scattered light fingerprints on the gum (as is the case for most examples), and was folded along the perfs between rows two and three, perf separations noted between positions 6 and 11, and two trivial scuffed perfs at lower right of position 20 still Extremely Fine-Superb centering, the largest known mint multiple of this unissued "Postcard Rate" stamp and only block of this size available to the public, the only other block of equal size is owned by the Smithsonian. This stamp was originally intended to cover the 20c postcard rate in conjunction with the "H" first class rate increase to 33 cents. Discovered 8 miles outside Greencastle, IN by Gail Roberts in early 1999, only slightly over 100 mint examples are known, most blocks were broken into singles, a number of which are faulty.2008 PSE Certificate (Scott $60,000 for 20 singles)(Image)
