1898, 5¢ Trans-Miss. (Scott 288), wonderfully centered example on "Executive Mansion./Official." corner card envelope to Ballymoney, Co. Antrim, Ireland; the stamp tied by Washington, DC bars cancel dated Oct. 1, 98, with OC 13 Belfast and Ballymoney receivers on reverse; original typed letter, on Executive Mansion/Washington letterhead accompanies; stamp with a few perforation tips toned, cover with travel wear, but a pretty addition to any Trans-Mississippi collection, Fine to Very Fine.
