Large margins to just shaving at bottom, top left corner appears to be replaced, however no mention on clear 1984 P.F. cert., tied by neat strike of "Georgetown, S.C., Mar. 19" cds on blue printed adversity cover to Laurel Hill, S.C., made from from printed Way-Bill, Very Fine and attractive, a nice use of the 2¢ unsealed circular rate.
