Corner crease and perf flaws at right, with 1¢ blue (63) on cover to Chester Pa. tied by matching grid cancels and 3¢ by partial cds, prepaid 1¢ to the mails carrier fee plus 3¢ postage, Very Fine, a very attractive and rare usage, ex-Alexander, James Lee, photocopy of 1973 P.F. and 2015 P.F. certificates.
