(Williams unrecorded), on 1887, 2¢ green entire to San Francisco; reduced at right and slight soiling, F.-V.F., a unique provisional usage of a moved post office, one of the rarest Tulare covers.

Advance was the maxim of the Kaweah Cooperative Commonwealth Colony, founders of the community.
