Philippines, 1939, 2c rose, lower left stamp overprinted "WEALTH / COMMON-" (Scott 433b), booklet pane of 6 with booklet covers and interleaving included, o.g., never hinged, very rare boklet pane error, post office fresh, the stamps are all very well centered (especially the error) but the pane is cut at a slight angle; rust stains from staple and slight offset on the gum, still Very Fine to Extremely Fine,

Approximately 24 of the Small Commonwealth panes were printed with the overprint transposed, with
"WEALTH" above "COMMON." The error always occurs on the bottom-left stamp of the pane.
