1915. Envelope addressed to Missouri bearing Seychelles SG 51, 18c sage green and carmine tied by Victoria/Seychelles date stamp routed via India with circular 'Passed Censor/Bombay/10' in violet on face and resealed with 'Opened by Censor' label.
