Byrd Transatlantic Flight 1927: Very small envelope signed by Byrd, endorsed “Via the Airplane/”America” and addressed to London, with New York June 21 and Ver-sur-Mer July 2 c.d.s’s, resealed by Postes et Telegraphes official tape, the original adhesive washed off, and with American Embassy receiving handstamp.
