Both sheets were printed on identical 6¾'':9'' paper, with laid lines running along the 9'' dimension; the vertically laid design is said to be scarcer. 1967, overprints World Championship Cup 1966 Winner England and 4 b. handstamp on the 2 b., 4.b. and 6 b. issues (the handstamp was officially used on the issues under 1b. only) in blocks of four with a corner margin.
