Peru - postal stationery 1912, stationery card 2 C. orange uprated 1 C. (2) tied "AG. POSTAL URUPAMPA No 22 1912" to Cologne/Germany. Sender states: "Peru-Equator 23/11 12 Steamer Urupampa..tomorrow we reach the first port in Ecuador...today a revolution has started there...". As the town of Urubamba is far off the coast in the mountains, the marking is probably a postal agency aboard a ship of this name.
