1888 (ca.), complete unused booklet "LIBRETA DE IDENTIDAD" with imprinted and precancelled 20c. red "Cypher" on page two. This booklet (32 pages) was used as identity document to receive mail which was subject to a confirmation of receipt (registered, insured mail, parcels etc.). It end of book instructions on ten different languages. Rare and unusual.
