1848, Post Paid, QV 1 d. orange-vermillion, EARLIEST IMPRESSION, used and cancelled by double-ring numeral, probably "2" of Flacq, perhaps "3" of Souillac (both came in use May / June 1854). Even wide margins all round, horizontal crease through chignon and hair and three very small thins in top margin outside design, otherwise fine. A VERY ATTRACTIVE EXAMPLE OF THIS SCARCE STAMP, SG value 18.000 GBP. ÷ 1848, POST PAID, 1 Pence rotorange, ERSTER DRUCK, zart entwertet mit Doppelring-Nummernstempel, vielleicht "2" (Flacq) oder "3" (Souillac), die beide Mai-Juni 1854 in Einsatz kamen. Alle vier Seiten breiter Rand, schwacher waagerechter Bug durch Teil des Kopfes, drei dünne Punkte im oberen Rand außerhalb des Markenbildes, ansonsten sehr schönes Stück dieser seltenen Marke und ikonischen Rarität.

1862, QV five stationery envelopes, 6 d. with HG No. B 1a (two), HG 3d and 10 d. with B 2 and B 2 b, plus HG B 1 with overprint "Cancelled". Some trivial aging, very fine lot. ÷ 1862, Queen Victoria, sechs Ganzsachenumschläge, davon je zweimal die Six Pence und 10 Pence im Format 120 x 71mm (HG B 1a (zweimal), B 2, B 2b), einmal die Six Pence im Format 220 + 97 mm (HG B 3d) und Six Pence mit Überdruck "Cancelled" (HG B 1). Leichte Alterungsspuren, aber schönes Los.
