Repin of Oriental Institute, with printed inquest re. subscription of "Korean Review" dated "Seoul, Korea, Jan. 28, 1903". Sent and signed by Homer B. Hulbert, Editor. Hulbert (1863-1949) was a life-long advocate for Korean independence and published a. o. "History of Korea" (1905), "The Passing of Korea" (1906).
