1913/1928, a decent lot with main value in the early issues, showing 1913 5 May Postal Seal frank on large fragment of commercial cover (signed Rommerskirchen BPP), good section of Double Headed Eagle overprints incl. Michel nos. 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 14 and 16 signed Rommerskirchen BPP, plus others partly with signature (incl. inverted surcharge on Michel no. A3) but valuated accordingly very cautiously.
